Yoga with Emma Lou –
Emma is a self taught yoga enthusiast, her self practice started roughly 9 years ago and since has blossomed into more than just a passion. She enjoy’s teaching students different asana’s and seeing students improve from week to week.
Emma’s practice has taken her on many different yogic journeys which she hopes will continue on for many years to come.
In Emma’s 1 to 1 classes she will teach you different asana’s and help to adjust you in different poses, during her 1 to 1 classes you will experience challenging flows which include abs exercises and stretches to strengthen and tone your body. Emma also helps to work through previous injuries work towards improving movement and helping in protecting you in the future. These sessions will last 1 hour and can be taken as often or infrequent as you would like. These sessions cost £25 for an hour and can be booked in block sessions.
